CALL TO ACTION TO WATCH!
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.
This is simply an invitation to pause, get honest with yourself, and explore what might be
possible on the other side of the habit.
I know what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while something quietly falls apart underneath.
For over two decades I've worked in advertising, producing global campaigns, travelling the world and living the culture that came with it. The industry ran on connection, and connection ran on alcohol. From the outside my life looked like everything it was supposed to be. Inside I was flat, foggy and completely lost.
Alcohol was part of the industry and it was part of my identity. It was part of who I thought I was. And I didn’t know where one ended and the other began.
I stopped drinking at 36. Not because of a dramatic rock bottom. Not because of a hospital or a public disaster. Just a morning where I woke up and knew, finally, that I couldn’t keep living like this.
But stopping wasn’t the freedom I expected.
For five more years I was sober and still searching. Still trying to work out who I actually was underneath it all.
The shift came when someone asked me a question that stopped me completely:
What is the mask you’re wearing? And what is it costing you?
That question changed everything.
I created the Sober Curious Reset because this space didn’t exist when I needed it.
Not a clinical detox.
Not an AA meeting.
Not a place built on shame or labels.
Just a safe, honest space for women who are quietly questioning and ready to look at what’s underneath.
BENEFITS
More clarity and less mental fog
Better sleep and reduced anxiety
More honesty and self-trust
Feeling emotionally lighter
More grounded decision making
Improved relationships
Less shame
More connection
Feeling present again
A deeper understanding of yourself
Freedom from constantly needing to “switch off”
Reconnecting with the version of yourself you’ve been missing
You’re functioning on the outside, but something quietly doesn’t feel right underneath.
You reach for a drink at the end of the day without really thinking about it anymore.
You’ve tried cutting back before, but keep slipping back into old patterns.
You don’t identify with rock bottom or addiction, but you know alcohol is costing you something.
You’re tired of the mental load, the fog and the quiet guilt.
You want to understand what’s really underneath the habit, not just manage the behaviour.
You’re craving clarity, peace and a stronger connection with yourself.
You want support without shame, labels or pressure.

Seven years sober. Three kids. A career I love. And a deep belief that the most powerful thing a woman can do is stop and actually listen to herself.
I created the Reset because I know what it feels like to be quietly lost inside a life that looks perfectly fine from the outside.
I’m not a therapist or a psychologist. I’m someone who has lived this.
I create spaces where women can finally say the real thing. Not the polished version. Not the version they think they should say. The actual truth they’ve been quietly carrying.
Women leave these sessions feeling seen in a way they haven’t felt in a long time.
I believe you don’t need a label to deserve support.
I believe the real work happens underneath the drinking.
And I believe it’s possible to come back to yourself.

Do I need to be sober already to join?
Not at all. Most women join because they’re curious, not because they’ve hit rock bottom or made a forever decision.
What if I don’t want to quit forever?
You do not need to decide that. The Reset is simply a shared four-week pause from alcohol to create space and clarity.
What if I’m nervous to join a group?
Most women are.
There is never pressure to share. You can participate in whatever way feels safe and comfortable for you.
What if my drinking “isn’t that bad”?
You do not need to justify being here.
Many women inside the Reset are functioning well on the outside. They simply know something feels off.
You’re probably wondering… ↓
Honest answers before you begin
The Sober Curious Reset includes a shared four week break from alcohol together. Think of it as a circuit breaker. A chance to step out of the noise, interrupt patterns and create enough space to think clearly.
This isn’t about punishment or pressure. It's about creating enough space to understand what may be underneath the habit and reconnect with yourself.
Not at all.
Most women who join don't identify with labels or feel they have a serious problem with alcohol. Many simply have a feeling that something feels off and are curious about their relationship with drinking.
No.
Some women drink often. Others only socially.
What connects everyone is a curiosity around alcohol and a desire to feel clearer, more grounded and more like themselves again.
You are absolutely welcome here.
For many women alcohol becomes the doorway into bigger conversations around stress, burnout, people pleasing, family patterns, identity and reconnecting with themselves.
Definitely not.
Most women who join are functioning well on the outside. They're holding everything together, showing up for everyone else and quietly wondering if there might be another way to feel:
More clear. More grounded. More like themselves again.
Groups are intentionally kept small to create a safe, supportive and intimate experience where everyone feels seen and heard.
There is absolutely no pressure to share.
Some women arrive ready to talk. Others prefer to listen and reflect.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
No.
The Sober Curious Reset is a peer led space based on lived experience. It isn't therapy, counselling or medical treatment.
It's a supportive space to reflect, connect and explore in community.
Alongside weekly live sessions, you'll have daily access to the private Reset group, buddy connection and support throughout the four weeks.
The goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and leave with greater clarity, awareness and tools you can continue using in everyday life.
You don't need to have all the answers.
Many women join simply because something feels off, even when life looks fine on the outside.
Curiosity is enough.
“What I appreciated most was that the reset wasn’t about restriction or perfection
— it was about self-awareness, and making choices that truly support your health
and happiness. I came away feeling clearer, more energised, and far more
connected to myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend Suze’s Sober Curious
Reset to anyone looking for a supportive and positive refresh.”
“Suz created a calm, supportive, and completely judgment-free space that made it
easy to open up and reflect honestly on my relationship with alcohol. Suze has a
gentle way of guiding conversations that feels both empowering and reassuring,
and I always felt supported rather than pressured. The group itself was inspiring,
uplifting, and created a sense of connection.”
“I didn’t really have any expectations from the reset, other than knowing I wanted
to think differently about my relationship with alcohol. The reset was so much
more than this. It challenged us to go deep on a number of inherent self beliefs and
patterns of behaviour, so rather than being about restriction or limitation it was
about transformation and empowerment.”
